Have 50 (may less or more amount) people stand in line for 2 lines and do team trust fall. This activity provided everybody in the company feel as unity (one team). We all are a part of (Company name) house. It’s mean that everybody is a part of (Company name) we all can be trusted to each other.
Learning point
We want everyone to understand the feeling of being one team. Everyone is a part of the organization. Therefore, if any person on the team resistance fell back down, the person next to him would feel heavy immediately. The entire organization must work 100 % of their ability, all team member must be fully trust each other 100 %. (Trust must be basic behavior of the team)
