TLBR (Tiger, Lion, Bull, Rhinoceros)

Have everyone to create a team, 4 people for each team by defining the qualifications of each one is like qualifications of these 4 types of animals, All 4 people sit down by stretching the legs into each other and let the 4 people stand together.

Rhinoceros is a creature with high tolerance, no matter what conditions it is, it will always endure. Compare with people in the team is we can work under pressure situation such as, time limited, different customer needs or under various circumstances that are not normal and we can find a professional and appropriate solution.

The tiger will only eat the food that it hunted, never compete the food from other animals, therefore people must be honest, work hard to gain benefits, never take advantage others. We should fix problems like tigers, if we poke the stick of wood at the dog, the dog will try to bite at the wood. But if we poke the stick of wood at the tiger, it will bite you. That means tigers solve problems at the root of the problem.

Lion is an animal that other animals are apprehensive, majestic, leadership, comparing people in your organization’s team to look good, valuable, and can be a leader in all situations etc.

Bull is an animal that is high unity. Protect each other with life if comparing people in the team is a requirement that people in the team have a high alliance with loyalty to the organization and will do everything to make the organization look good as professional and can be trusted by customers.
